It is not rude, or selfish to not allow others the ability to take advantage of you, your time, your kindness or your generosity. Set boundries that are clear, and stick to them. Be sure to not put boundries up in anger, fear or isolation. Leave some space to allow blessings, opportunities, new connections and fun to arrive into your life. Others may not appreciate your boundaries, but your angels are proud of you for knowing your worth and teaching others how to treat you. Approval from others is not necessary. Make a point to walk up and down stairs if possible, run on the stop, yoga is perfect, stretching of any kind, even singing out load will also help. Good morning 🌹The Message From the Guides today is…. Know Your Truth 😌 👍🌟🪶- There are many versions of the truth, and illusion is everywhere. “Your” truth is only determined by “you”. No matter what someone says or does, you can “feel” the truth. Just because something is repeated over and over again, does not make it true. If someone has passion behind their words, that does not make them true. Speak less, and listen more with your ears and heart to determine what is truth to you. If you feel a twinge at all, a flip of your stomach or an uncomfortable feelong comes over you when someone of speaking, pay attention. Step back from what you want to hear, and drop into your heart space. The truth is always located there. If what has been spoken feels good in your heart space, then it will resonate as truth.
