The human biofield is the electromagnetic field that surrounds and interpenetrates the body. It is generated by the electrical activity of the heart, brain, nervous system, and every living cell. This field is real, measurable, and constantly responding to your internal state and environment.

Your thoughts, emotions, stress levels, and sense of safety influence the organization of your biofield. When the nervous system is regulated, the field tends to be more coherent and resilient. Chronic stress and overwhelm can create disorganization, which may affect how you feel and respond to life.

The biofield acts as a bridge between your inner world and the world around you. This is why practices like breathwork, meditation, grounding, and energy-based healing can feel so supportive. They help regulate the nervous system, which supports the biofield.

Your energy is not separate from your body. It is an extension of your biology and lived experience.
