Hosted the first Reiki Healing Circle this afternoon!
Do we still call it a circle with two people?LOL!
We changed our location and moved the time forward thanks to the weather we had yesterday and to be on the safe side. 😉
Thank you Carissa for joining me for a lovely afternoon!!
With the intention set for healing physical pain we discussed Louise Hay and her belief that unresolved emotions can manifest as physical pain. Each issue has an affirmation that can help.
I will say that over and over again during Reiki treatments this is what we find! Once we start bringing to light the emotions behind the physical pain, the pain starts to dissolve.
I highly recommend Louise Hay's book "You Can Heal Your Life" for her full chart.

Next Reiki Healing Circle is Sunday, March 1 @6-7:30pm at Metamorphic Rock Shoppe. The intention will be Chakra Balancing.
