I can think of at least two dozen patients who ought to be doing these simple moves a few times a week.
Just do them! You'll remain stronger and more mobile into your later years.

To everyone who came to physio last fall, can you please check to see if you borrowed my good ergonomic cane? It's black and has a label with Physio on the Beach on it.
I loaned it to someone and they haven't returned it.
I need it back in the clinic, please.
The person who borrowed it would hae had difficulty with walking (recent ankle fracture, joint replacement or balance problems).

I like the exercises from this physio because he gives alternatives for people who don't want to get down on the floor.

rest is the bravest thing you can do today.

we're so used to "hustling," but today the only mission is peace. the list is still there, and the mountain didn't move, but right now, they can wait for the hero to get some rest.
