During a massage, as the muscles are kneaded and worked on they release built up waste, minerals and even water itself.

Drinking water post massage helps flush out all these waste products by bringing them to your kidneys who will get rid of them!

Wondering how we can help you as athletic therapists? 🤔⁉️

Our client came to us with a very swollen and bruised ankle following a bad ankle sprain (first picture on the left). 🥴

We treated her ankle and after 24 hours there was a drastic improvement (middle picture) and one week later the swelling is all but gone (last picture on the right) and the client is walking again! 😮👏🏻
