For this Holiday season we decided to try something a bit different. We wanted to raise money for the Niagara Children’s Centre School Authority located in St. Catharines. We set a goal of $300, and are happy to announce we were able to beat our goal and ended up donating $350 to such a great cause.

Thank you to all that donated. Your generous donations have made the holidays a bit more special for 4 families who were in need.

We would like to introduce a new member to our growing team!

Kaitlyn Fitzsimmons, Physiotherapist, will be joining us as we expand our Physiotherapy hours at the Beamsville clinic!

Along with her skills as a physiotherapist, Kaitlyn brings a wealth of knowledge that will be a valuable asset to the clinic.

- Kaitlyn’s treatments have a strong focus on active therapy including the extensive use of acupuncture.

- Kaitlyn also has advanced concussion and vestibular training. Having completed the Shift Concussion Management level 2 courses, her treatment approach includes a detailed assessment, vestibular-ocular exercises, autonomic rehabilitation and a guided return to play/school/work plan. Kaitlyn’s Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation training is a great compliment for her concussion management.

- Most recently Kaitlyn has completed the Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 Body-Swing Connection course. As a golfer herself, she is excited to implement her knowledge in addressing some of the key areas of restrictions that may be impacting her patients’ swing.

Kaitlyn will be available starting November 4th on Mondays from 9am-5pm, Wed from 10am-12pm, and Fridays from 9pm-1pm.

She also has a few select October dates available starting the 16th.

Thanks to those who donated to our toy drive! Another successful year :)

Thanks to everyone who donated toys or money to our toy drive this year. We were once again able to fill up a bin this year to donate to kids through the Salvation Army.

A lot more people are struggling this year so it’s nice to be able to give back when we can.
