Two NEW programs. Two opportunities to build stronger, more confident athletes.

Our Teens Strength & Conditioning program is built for athletes who are ready to learn how to lift properly, move with purpose, and develop real strength that carries over to sport and life.
→ We’re teaching mechanics, control, and confidence under load.

Our Youth Gymnastics / Bodyweight program is where it all starts.
→ Learning how to move your body first: hanging, pushing, pulling, stabilizing.
→ Building strength without needing external weight.
→ Creating a foundation most athletes never get.

If you’ve got a kid who:
✔️ Plays sports
✔️ Needs confidence
✔️ Needs structure and proper coaching
✔️ Or just needs to move more and move WELL
This is for them.

11:30am - 12:30pm
6:00 - 6:45pm
7:00 - 7:45pm

• 20 people max per session

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this class is designed for everyone to enjoy and have fun while cuddling and playing with adorable golden puppies.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up and meet the puppies.

Spots are extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly, so registration is required.

Please bring a yoga mat if you ok have access to one.

March can be a grind with busy schedules, March break and changing routines, but this crew stayed locked in and didn’t miss a beat.

💪🏼 IT’S BACK! SUMMER YOUTH FITNESS CLASS 💪🏼
Countdown to summer is on, which means it’s time to@start planning those summer activities !!

Our popular youth fitness program is back for the summer-and it fills up FAST!
Ages 6-12

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
🕕 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

(Session 1- July 7th - 30th)
(Session 2- Aug 3rd - 27th)

Built for young athletes with a background in sport, this class focuses on developing strength, speed, agility, coordination, and overall athletic performance

Our coaches create a fun and challenging environment that helps kids build confidence, improve movement mechanics, and stay strong all off-season.

New year. Fresh goals. Same standard.
💪 Huge shoutout to our Top Attendees for January who didn’t just start strong—they showed up consistently and put in the work all month long.

Yes — we’re officially planning our March Break Fitness Camp for 2026.

We’ve been getting messages from members asking if it’s happening again, so here it is: IT’S BACK.

Looking for a fun & active way to keep your kids moving this March Break? Our Youth Fitness Camp is the perfect mix of movement, learning, and FUN! 💪🏼

Running, rowing, jumping, throwing, climbing & lifting - all coached in a safe, engaging environment!

Planned snack & meal breaks (due to allergies please no
peanuts)
Dates: March 16-20, 2026
• Time: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Late pickup available!)

Seminar 1: Lift & Gymnastics

🔹 1.5 hrs: Toes-to-Bar & Handstand Push-Ups

Seminar 2: Olympic Lifting

The busiest month of the year—and you still showed up.
💪 Huge shoutout to our Top Attendees for December who chose consistency over excuses during the holidays, colder mornings, and packed schedules.

December isn’t easy. It’s parties, travel, family commitments, and end-of-year chaos—but these members proved that progress doesn’t pause just because life gets busy.

👏 Major respect to those who:

✅ Made training a priority during the holidays.
✅ Showed up even when motivation was low.
✅ Finished the year stronger than they started it.
