Whether you’re training for competition or just want to move better, breathe easier, and feel fitter — this one delivers.
Expect:
• Engine-building workouts
• Running, rowing & functional movements
• Sustainable intensity (hard, but smart)
• A full hour dedicated to getting uncomfortable in the best way
