What a beautiful weekend we had here in Beamsville! 🌞🌹 I know many of us were out in the yard or the garden getting ready for spring planting. After a long winter indoors it can be tough on our bodies if we jump into doing a lot of bending, twisting, lifting, pulling, and pushing too quickly.
