Exciting news: I'm adding a new physio-based class to the schedule:
Leg Day: Functional Strength & Stability
With current exercise trends being heavily focused on core and supine positions, there doesn't seem to be much opportunity to focus on functional lower body strength and stability.
That's why I created this class; to offer a great lower body strengthening class that will optimize performance in fitness pursuits (looking at you 👉 runners, cyclists, hikers, athletes, etc...) or just daily activities, while minimizing risk of injury and inflammation!
This class will pull from rehab-based exercises, but may include a combination of TRX, Bosu, band, and weighted exercises (with, of course, IT band rolling 😝).
And as an added bonus, because this is designed and led by yours-truly (a physiotherapist), this may be eligible for reimbursement under your benefits!
