Join us at the clinic for Senior's Day on Wednesday April 8th from 1-3pm. Get to know your neighbours with coffee and conversations. Everyone will have a chance to share by answering questions provided by us. There's no obligation to share but everyone will have the opportunity to speak on each topic. The topic of discussion is family

Did you know we offer wellness programs? Our recurring Senior's Day program is a social event with rotating activities + refreshments happening on the second Wednesday of each month. It's intended to help you have fun and connect with your community. We also offer a Chair Yoga program throughout the year to help you release stress and find what feels good

Special thank you to the Digby & Area Community Health Board who helped us create these programs through the Wellness Fund!

We are hoping to host more wellness events this year and would like to hear from you; What health/wellness related topics would you be interested in exploring? Leave a comment and share your ideas :)

We are having our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday March 4th. Join us at the Bear River & Area Community Health Clinic 1112 River Rd, Bear River at 7:00pm for our AGM. This meeting is open to the general public, and will include our board of directors and anyone interested in serving on the board of directors as a volunteer.
