I’m really working on being a non-reactive observer of interactions & within my communication patterns. What’s been a driving catalyst in this amazing shift my commitment to daily meditation. I’ve been listening to an amazing 12 min meditation each morning upon waking, and I’d definitely recommended it!! Find a guided one you like and just commit to a short time everyday where you can just breathe and shut your busy brain off! Even more powerful, record yourself reading a meditation script and use that.
