Saturday is cleaning day for many. I don’t like cleaning day-to-day. I do have regular hypomanic cleaning bursts - I can clean my 2,000 sq. ft home in 3 hours flat, including laundry. But when I’m depressed zero, zip, zilch, nada. Yet, a clean home can lift spirits - I know it, so I try, but it’s still hard. I do what I can and that’s good enough for me. I try my best and my best is good enough. Here’s a couple of tips if you need some that might be helpful.
