Spring is finally here which means its time to let go of the old to allow for the new.

Spring can be seen as a time for purging the home space, opening the windows, letting nature's breath blow the stagnant energy out of the home. Smudging the home space with sage, cedar or rosemary can be very beneficial for clearing negative energies that have built up over the winter months...and they smell fantastic! Great for the home space and mental space.

Spring is also about rebirth, newness, change and adjusting our energies - emotional, mental and physical. With nature singing at the doorstep, try to adjust your focus on the present beauty that surrounds you to allow old energies to pass by and new energies to take place.

On a physical level, the heart chakra responds to the heart, lungs, immune system, and muscles of the upper body.

On a spiritual level, opening the heart chakra fills you with love, forgiveness, and compassion. This forms your deepest connections to affection, tenderness, and endearment.

Today's juice is sooo refreshing and hydrating!

Watermelon, strawberries and green apple all of which are contain loads of vitamin C and are huge supporters of our immune system. Something we all need to be taking care of right now.

Watermelon increases libido (who knew!), is naturally hydrating, great for skin health and is low calorie low sugar.

Strawberries are a powerful antioxidant, are vital to producing collagen and supports healthy vison.

Green apples contains pectin (a healthy gut promoter), improves lung health, boosts metabolism and is known to prevent blood clots.

Now that the weather is becoming warmer, this has definitely made it on my summer juice bevy list! I can't wait to add some mint...and a little gin🌱
