I am so excited and grateful to be offering this new class Join me as we explore the therapeutic practices of yoga to support the body, mind, and spirit as we age. With emphasis on nervous system regulation we start to create a healing environment within while exploring somatic movements and gentle asana to nourish the joints and connective tissue of the body, followed by gentle strengthening practices for alignment, stability, and balance. This class incorporates pranayama, meditation, mantra, and mudras to support inner healing and restore vitality.

A yoga class dedicated to create a safe and supportive space to build connection with their changing pregnant body and build community and new friendships.

Classes focus on aligned movement to support the changes in your body (including those aches that change weekly) and breathing techniques. Expect to have a little laugh each week and leave feeling relaxed and reset. Feel more at ease to navigate the changes in your body with grace.

This is a 4 week pre-registered workshop. There will be no class on November 9th.

Dates are as follows:

Oct 19th, Oct 26th, Nov 2nd, Nov 16th
$110.00 investment

Require a minimum of 3 registrants in order to run the workshop.

How to prepare:
Wear comfy clothes.
Bring your water bottle and yoga mat (the studio also has yoga mats).
Avoid a heavy meal directly before class.
No yoga experience is required

Happy end of August and long weekend, friends.

As the new school year begins, I’m stepping back into a teaching routine.

I have joined the team at beautiful Element Yoga in Beaumont, and will be teaching a Hot Flow at 4:45pm, followed by a sublime 6pm Yoga Nidra, every Wednesday night.
