Take time to balance your energy. You will feel focused & regenerated.

I benefit when I am focused and relaxed. This helps me not to jump sporadically from one thought to another, thus bringing me back to the moment of my presence. That is where I can use my power to bring about the changes I wish to change. That is when I can take action with confidence.

I love being a life coach. When I took a course to become a coach, I had no idea that I myself would have to go through 30 sessions to dive deep into my life.

I discovered a safe place for me to transition and transcend my pain. I benefit even today with all the healthy ways to deal with any new and current difficulties that come up for me.

I learnt how to use my 4 P's to maturely protect my boundaries so that, I feel safe, secure & sane.

It becomes easier to understand that Self parenting exercises helps make self-nurishing simple. Done with one step at a time. Much like when a small child is learning how to walk 🥾🥾

It's key to Validate your self along your journey 🤗

4 P's.
Power- use your Adult powers you did not have as a child.
* You have your own $
* You support yourself now
* You have transportation
* You can recognize and defend your boundaries 😉

Protection- use your mature adult powers to defend your emotional, physical and sexual boundaries so that you can feel safe and protected. 💪💚

Practice- you must practice Self-parenting on a daily basis when you are first learning and every time, when's situation arises where you need to nurture your Self.
* If old feelings of insecurity arise, you need to immediately talk to your Self and use your 4P's to help you feel safe, secure & sane.
* Feel safe because you are filling your emtional dependency needs.

Permission- as a mature adult you can now give yourself permission to live your life by your own set of rules in your own heart you feel are mature, ethical and fair.😘❤️💕💚😊

Do you see yourself as a spiritual Being having a Human Experience! Its important to take charge of your life, Yes Switch roles with your Ego, Now that your a mature adult of god with gold like powers. Be the master and Co create with your higher connection. Your ego is still in play, however is now your servant.

Sounds fun to have a servant! Trust me it is, and I am training my Dragon (Ego) all the time.

Nurturing your needs, is the key 🗝 to not being Co-dependant in a relationship. Good rule for a healthy relationship is as follow...… I will take care of me for you, & and you will take care of you for me. Who knows better then me to give me what I need? This is not in a Selfish way, it is self less, as it is taking the pressure of guessing what is it that I need to feel happy, off my relationships. Boundaries we will talk about later.

so what kind of permission do you need to give your self to feel happy. this is just one of the permission rules I have posted, there are many more. Baby steps makes a great journey home to my inner self. Its the same for you too.

Go give yourself permission to Value your own feeling and desire! This way you won't be outsourcing your needs, as out sourcing can be hurtful when your value is not being expressed in a relationship and can easily break you when you your person of need expresses that you are worthless. Yip feels sh*tty and now who is going to make you feel loved. Of course you are because you have learned to not search for your value outside of yourself.

So give your Self permission to value your own feelings and desires! Now that is real powerful.

Balancing your chakra’s are just important as training your dragon?

Training your dragon means being Master of your ego, so your ego is of service to you.

My conscious awareness is exactly where I needed to be.

As the creator of this photo, I was surprised, I created this piece! 😌.

I started out with a sage cleanse this helped clear my energy. 😌😉

If you like, you can simply just use a sage tonic spray, essential oil diffuser, or as I like, to burn dried sage. Choose your liking. I like the smell of the wild burning sage. 😄💚

The artistic creation wasn’t done in one sitting! Know that you can reuse, repurpose, and recreate your work. 😉🤗

Lots of inspiration from my past creations have benefited me and I received the rewards from my creations. 💝🎉

Remember to set your intention. My 1st intention, as i recall was, the intent to ground my energy
And to relax the state of my mind, to do my zen doodling meditation. ✨🌼

I hadn’t any clue when I started, that my creation would be the 7 chakras energies centers.

I love to channel and co-create with the creator. Just look what can happen? It's important to me to just enjoy the creation process? 💫☺️😅

He snorted and whinned a few times during me talking to him. 🤗 This beautiful creatures led me around downtown Victoria Island. In horse and cart. 😊🤍❤️
