On the weekend of Sept 13-15th, the first Lacrosse tournament was held in support of the Chris Letendre Wellness Foundation. The Foundation raised $6000 towards the Talk Today Program with CMHA 👏🏻👏🏻
We were happy to help support such a great cause and can’t wait for next years! Well done to all those who made this weekend such a great success!

Head down to The Arch Beaumont for an exciting climbing competition this weekend! So excited to sponsor this event!

The Arch is hosting its first-ever Community Crusher, a recreational climbing competition for beginners to advanced climbers of all ages! This event provides an opportunity to engage with Beaumont’s climbing community in support of The Arch’s Junior Climbing Club.

The Fall Community Crusher competition will be in 5-on-5-off format and will take place on Friday October 25th from 4:30-9:30. Time slots take 40 minutes each where competitors will be faced with four competition style problems, each with a 5.8/5.9 - 5.11 progression across three highwall routes and a fourth feature on our new bouldering wall. Sign up to challenge yourself and to support the rest of our competitors!

Habits That Trigger Chronic Pain (with Kim Silverthorn of Tacit Knowledge). Our minds are powerful - they influence not only our thoughts and feelings, but also our physical well-being. When we suffer from chronic pain issues, we often try to manage the world around us to mitigate our discomfort. But sometimes, the biggest antagonizers stem from within. Join us to learn more about the most common internalized patterns that trigger the fight-or-flight response in our brain which, in turn, then causes our physical pain to worsen.
