Medical Office Assistant (MOA)

We are a busy, patient-centered medical clinic committed to providing high-quality care in a respectful and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate records
• Processing billing, payments, and insurance claims (if applicable)
• Managing charts, referrals, and correspondence
• Assisting with general administrative and office duties
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and clinic organization

Qualifications:
• Medical Office Assistant certificate or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with EMR systems (experience an asset)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

West Peace Medical Centre would like to welcome Coleen.

Hi! My name is Coleen Harding I am a registered massage therapist who graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in June 2020 and I have been treating clients in the Beaverlodge area since June 2021.
My main focus with massage therapy treatments is to find the best treatment for the client and what works best for them. Communication is key as well as educating clients on how the process works and what the realistic expectations should be.
I use traditional massage therapy techniques from relaxation to trigger point therapy along with tools such as cupping, scraping tools and hot stones. I have training in myofascial release and Rapid Neurofascial Reset among other techniques.
I will work with you to find a treatment plan that works with your comfort level on your healing journey.
