Taking care of your body is an important part of your self care and longevity. Staying mobile is only one part of the process.

To help with that we will be starting a new series this week where we will be posting and sharing videos twice a week ( Wednesday and Friday) of how to’s on stretching This series educates us on when this stretch is needed, the proper way to do the stretch as well as how to modify if needed.

We have a new adventure coming to Massage Rescue
As of October 1st we will be located in the West Peace Medical Clinic, Beaverlodge

Appointment booking and contact information will remain the same through Massage Rescue only the room you get your treatment in will be in a new location to better serve you, the client.

With this move, there will be more changes coming such as more page interactions to educate you the client on how to properly move and heal your body, new treatment modalities as well as the option to choose combination modality treatments to better serve you and your recovery journey
