Just wanted to pop on and let my clients know that I will be away August 24 to August 30. Wayne is somewhat ready to lay his dad to rest. So time to go put dad to rest and share some memories with friends and family.❤️

I know as a foot care nurse I am not setting a very good example. This is by choice and comfort. But at least I did invest in some good spikes for my work shoes. So my suggestion today is make the investment in either "picks" or proper "trax" spikes for your foot wear. As we get older, we don't bounce all that great.🙃 gotta be safe with on the ice!!

I get questioned why I don't encourage soaking feet. Best practices is we as foot care nurse DO NOT SOAK. Here is the reason why. Healthy feet are very important. 🦶

Well seeing as winter has decided to show up thus far. It is time to remember to make sure proper winter boots are worn, please endure socks are worn too, you know who you are😊. Make sure after outing the foot wear is dry, if needed dry them out. Invest in a boot dryer if possible. (One of the better investment we did) and always changed the socks if they are wet. Dry the foot well and dry socks. Be safe everyone!!!❄️❄️

It's getting to be that time of year to put the sandals away and don the socks. So remember to keep your footwear dry especially for those whose feet get really warm in the heavier footwear. If needed carry and extra pair of dry socks. Any questions or concerns please give me a shout. 😊
