• Enter through the main front doors and buzz Beaverton Physiotherapy to be let in.
• Take the stairs or elevator (on the right) to the basement.
• We’re the last door on the right.

👟 Please remove your shoes upon entering. Our receptionist will greet you and help you sign in.

📝 Haven’t completed your intake forms? No problem! We have paper copies available.
💳 Bring your insurance card if you have coverage.
⏰ Please arrive 10 minutes early (20 minutes if completing paperwork).
