Two months ago I shared with you a product that is for detox of heavy metals and Toxins.

I don't love the word detox. I believe wholly in nourishing the organs that do the detoxification for us.

I believe in nourishing with liver friendly foods and stretching the liver meridian.

I believe in trace minerals that help with the natural detoxification process. And I know they work with my clients.

So I humbly share this with you. As I hesitated to send in my hair mineral analysis's for toxicity and mineral makeup I was sad to see my results.

Despite all my years of effort through nutrition I am still seeing some levels of mercury and aluminum. Both associated with Alzeimers. It's a genetic disease that runs rampant in one side of my family. Mercury has ZERO tolerance in the body. Mercury has it's implications with thyroid dysfunction. I'd like to chat more about that!

I realized it was time to consider more options. For 8 years I was using tissue salts that addressed my toxic imbalances indicated from a facial analysis. I always test positive for the heavy metal minerals. So I know I've benefited from them.

I am using a less subtle approach now. This product also has negative ionic minerals like the tissue salts we use for chelation.

Since starting I've noticed sounder sleep, more ENERGY, better recovery with muscles, my body is reading alkaline for the first time in years, no inflammation after workouts, and best is after 10 days I noticed the brain fog lift. There is nothing like a clear head, eh! I still have ringing in my ears.. hope that I will resolve that one day too 😉

OVERALL my body doesn't feel run down anymore. I'm dealing with stress so much better.
