For me, yoga has been a journey to self realization and inner peace. Through turbulent times and painful memories, I practice for a safe space to release. Balancing harmony throughout my mind and body to rediscover the unity and bliss of my heart and soul. Through the practice of yoga, I keep learning to enhance inner stillness and awareness in meditation, enhancing clarity and joy in my life. 🌿

Last week we moved through a variety of poses, gradually building toward Extended Side Angle Pose. Everyone did such a beautiful job moving through the practice. Well done everyone!
