Today we celebrate 💝 International Women’s Day💖 A day to recognize the strength, resilience, and impact of women everywhere.

I’m especially grateful for all of the incredible women in my life who support, inspire, and lift me up both personally and professionally, every single day. Your support truly means more to me than you know, especially during this difficult time of transition. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Building and growing a business is never a solo journey, and I’m so freaking proud to be surrounded by such talented, driven, and supportive women (and men too.)
Here’s to continuing to lift each other up, creating opportunities, changing history, and celebrating the achievements of women today and every day ❣️

Hello Everyone,

✨ It is with both excitement and a bit of sadness that I share an important update with you. ✨

Beginning April 1st, Jessie and her Massage Therapy business will be relocated to the beautiful
** Fully Align Studio** in Fall River.
There you will find a wonderful team of like-minded professionals in a space dedicated to helping clients unwind, reset their nervous systems, and focus on overall well-being.

~ What does this mean for you? 🫵🏼 ~

• I will still see you for your March appointments, at 2 Bluewater Rd, suite 175.
• Only the location is changing!
• Online booking will remain the same with your same login
• Direct billing will still be available (most insurance companies)
• Additional services coming soon (stay tuned!)
• *All appointments after April 1st will be at the new location*

While I would have loved to provide more notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to relocate sooner than expected in order to continue providing massage therapy in a space that fully supports this work and the environment it requires.

I understand that the new location may be a bit farther for some of you, and I completely understand if the travel isn’t convenient. I truly hope many of you will be willing to make the trip and continue your care with me, but I also respect whatever works best for you. For anyone who prefers to stay in the current area, I would be happy to provide some great local recommendations.

I will continue operating at my current location for the next 2–3 weeks. During this transition period, the environment may occasionally be a bit more noisy than usual, but I will continue doing my best to ensure your treatments remain as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this transition. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Hey you beautiful badasses. Since yesterday was love day I thought I would share a little love with you.
*Warning* this post ended up being much longer than expected as it was hard to pick only a few!

❣️ Some things I loved most about the last year ❣️

• Mostly, I love being your Massage Therapist! 😉
But I also loved;

• All of the time spent with the incredible people in my life; family, friends(new and old), clients, health-care practitioners, kind strangers.

• Travelling to new and old places.

• The strength I've shown myself.

• Teaching a man (definitely not mine 😂) how to boost a car.

• The amazing yoga retreats I attended.

• My new office space. (And if you haven't been there, it's such a beautiful healing space!)

• Successful surgeries!

• Being a passenger princess - because my son can drive. 😳

• The books I've read. (omg the books! 😍)

• The lessons I've learned. Both hard and easy, personal and life, the pretty and the ugly.

• The meditation sessions I've had and joined. - I do believe they are correct when they say meditation brings answers.

• The beautiful waters I swam in.

• The sound baths I attended.

• The new massage techniques I've learned.

• My new found love for making stellar pasta and sauce from scratch. SO good!

Wow.. I had a really hard time narrowing this down so I guess you could say Jessie loved this year. Despite any challenges I endured along the way, I kept going and I persevered like never before. And I'm so proud of myself for it!!
I challenge you to sit down and write your limitless list of things you've loved over the past year or years, don't forget to include things you love about yourself. Remember, you are the love!

💫 RJ and I have some exciting news! 💫

(Well actually just me because RJ is in fact going to be very sad about this!)

He has been a busy kitty helping mommy heal these past few months, so much that she's ready to take on new clients again, finally! 😅

That's right, Jessie has some extra times available and will be opening them to new clients!!! For now, times will be limited and available through Tuesday-Thursday's only from 9-2pm, With select Monday's!
Thank you for your continued patience, love, kindness, support and being freaking amazing!
I can't thank you all enough 💗

Although it may seem like I have, I have NOT forgotten about you. I promise!!

December can be a scary time as a massage therapist. From combing through every last moment of your schedule so you can be sure to find everyone a time, to the weather working in everyone's favour so you don't need to repeat this process a second time, (everyone's favorite 😜) all while maintaining your boundaries within your own limits.
And It continues.. to complete all of your own holiday tasks before the madness begins, and to not lose your mind as the phone rings and rings.
Oh and don't forget it's the Holidays so you should probably see your family too! But don't forget about that good ol darn Holiday flu 🤦🏼‍♀️ my goodness!!
(This year's personal favourite for me, yikes!)

To say December is a scary and busy month for a massage therapist is a slight understatement 😅... BUT, you know what? YOU ALL make it SO much easier!
You are the reason I truly love what I do.
As many of you know, December wasn't even the wildest or scariest month for me this year... So not going to lie, I was a bit worried! but as it turns out, I didn't need to be.
Your extra grace this year, and this month has certainly not gone unnoticed.
So from my whole heart and soul, I can't thank you all enough. Your endless support, your patience, the love and the kindness that you all continue to show keeps me going more than you know.
Thank you for trusting me and thank you for being there for me right back. ❣️

"The exit 3 southbound off-ramp on highway 102 will be closed during the day for up to six weeks due to construction.
