What are the 3 most important aspects to living a long and healthy life????

1. Exercise
2. Nutrition
3. Stress Management

All 3 aspects work in balance with each other. Looking inwards, you need to assess which of the three you need to improve on. Personally, I am working on building daily habits that will help with my management of stress, such as meditation, yoga, and feeding my mind with positive data (audiobooks, podcasts, etc.) as soon as I wake up and before I go to bed.
