🚪 Progress update… and things are getting REAL now!

Our doors and trim are officially getting their glow-up 🎨✨ and they’re looking so good we’re starting to wonder if we should just host Easter dinner here this year 😄

Huge shoutout to our incredible crew and general contractor who are absolutely crushing it behind the scenes. The attention to detail has been amazing and it’s all coming together even better than we imagined.

At this rate, all we need is a table, some chairs, and a few chocolate eggs and we might be ready to go 🐣

In all seriousness, we are getting so close to opening the doors, literally, to our brand new space and we cannot wait for you all to walk through them.

The guys just finished our new accent wall behind the front desk… and wow. I didn’t even know what Venetian plaster was before this, but it looks incredible.

Now we’re just missing the logo to complete it. And those ceiling lights… such a cool touch. Huge credit to the team at Fine Interiors for bringing the vision to life.

We’re getting closer to hassle-free parking and a brand new space. Stay tuned, more updates coming soon!

These aren’t just doors… they’re the front entrance to our new home.

As we get closer to opening our new location, it’s hard not to reflect on what these doors will represent.

Every person who walks through them will be starting something.
For some, it will be relief from pain.
For others, more energy, better movement, and a higher quality of life.

For our current patients, these doors will continue the journey you’ve already begun.
For new patients, they’ll be the first step into discovering what chiropractic care can truly do.

A new space, the same mission… helping you live at your best.

🌴 Vacation Reality Check 🌴

Out for a run this morning… middle of nowhere in the Caribbean… ocean breeze, sunshine, paradise…

…and then… boom…KFC 🍗

It hit me.

You can be anywhere in the world: a tropical island, on vacation, away from your routine and still be surrounded by choices that don’t serve you.

But here’s the truth most people forget:

👉 It’s never about the environment. It’s about the decision.

Because the opposite is also true…
No matter where you are, you always have the ability to choose better.

You can choose:
✔️ To move your body (even on vacation)
✔️ To fuel yourself intentionally
✔️ To stay disciplined when it’s inconvenient

Or… you can choose not to.

There’s no perfect place.
No perfect timing.
No perfect setup.

Just choices.

So the question is:
Are your daily choices moving you closer to the person you want to become… or further away?

Because even in paradise…
Bad options are everywhere.

And so is your power to choose better. 💪
