Mindful Healing This is also known as the life force energy to facilitate healing, as directed the true healer - the client. The energy is also called Chi, Prana and KI.

Because some clients have had to come through nasty histories to arrive at today, there is sometimes a need for bodywork, energy work, and/or conversation in order to feel validated, believed and a sense of communion. With massage my purpose is to remind you of:

Safe Touch
Relaxation
That it's ok to feel comfortable in your body again
To feel valued and treasured
That you are worthy of a genuine caring human interaction

Reiki, Therapeutic Touch and Quantum Touch involve moving with the universal life energy. Ex: Cut finger...body/mind knows what to do, when to do it and in what order to heal the wound. Life force energy is the animating current of life operating with a level of intelligence that boggles the human imagination. Counselling:

In counselling sessions, as a counsellor, I offer a place to be heard, a place of confidentiality, a place of growth and learning. These are times of inner work, physical work as well as spiritual work. Complementary Medicine Defined:

Something a medical patient uses in addition to receiving Allopathic /conventional medical care. (the treatment of disease by conventional means)
