We are SO excited to be offering this service!!

Community acupuncture is a unique approach to care where there is a personalized treatment experience within a private, small group environment.
The goals of community acupuncture are to reduce socio-economic barriers that often prevent individuals from accessing acupuncture services and to foster community and support for healing in a group setting.
Each session will be focused on helping you move through either anxiety/stress, sleep disturbances/insomnia, menopause or grief (1 focus area each week on a 4 week cycle).

The first session is March 7 and be focused on working through stress/anxiety.

During your session, you will remain fully clothed, with acupuncture primarily placed on the extremities.
In our treatment room, we accommodate a maximum of four patients at a time.
