Hey folks!
I believe there are many of us who have a lot to offer and would like to support each other during these times. I want to be part of the solution and for me that means opening my heart to others. One of the ways I can offer support is through my brain training business; a truly, life changing tool. Prior to March 2020, we were witnessing a society with increased anxiety, mental health concerns and overall wellness issues. If we are honest, we were living our own lives and not necessarily connected to our communities. Unfortunately for many, this has heightened over the past 22 months.
I personally can relate to the above. When brain & heart are connected, we are working coherently but the reverse is also true. Our systems have been knocked off over the past couple of years. Brain training (technical name-Neurofeedback) is a natural, non-invasive, drug-free and gentle approach to feeling better; getting your life back on track; and living the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. It is like bringing your brain to the gym…you become stronger, more resilient and healthier. Neurofeedback returns your brain to an optimal state so it can utilize its innate gift of healing, moving to a better place, regardless of your situation.
