And if you ask us… she might have been talking about our clinic.

The appointments wouldn’t get booked without the incredible women on our team. Our clinic operations manager? A woman. The owner of the clinic? Also a woman.
Safe to say our little world would not run without them.

With International Women’s Day coming up this weekend, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the true foundation of our clinic. These women keep things running smoothly, keep us organized, keep us laughing, and somehow still manage to do it all with grace (and a lot of patience).

These women deserve recognition not only for the incredible work they do professionally, but also for the strength, accomplishments, and challenges they’ve overcome in their personal lives. They show up every day with dedication, resilience, and a whole lot of heart and we are so lucky to have them. 🩵

Q: What has leadership taught you about your own strength - and what lesson from that would you want every aspiring woman entrepreneur to carry with her?

A: “Leadership has taught me that you only get from your team what you put into them. Care for your team, treat them how you would want to be treated, and you will see the positive impacts permeate all areas of your business, including creating a fun place to work!

My advice for female entrepreneurs: don’t wait to be chosen for opportunities - speak up and put yourself out there, even if you aren’t 100% ready. It might feel uncomfortable sometimes, but so is sitting around waiting to be noticed!”

🤙🏻Meet Ben 🤙🏻

Our certified lab master and health & safety representative. Since joining our team in 2022, Ben has been the guy everyone goes to…whether it’s an orthotic question, or they’re just looking for a fascinating new fact like Bryan Adam’s was 9 years old during the summer of 1969. It’s Ben they turn to.

Ben takes huge pride in the quality and care he puts into every pair of orthotics. No matter how busy the lab gets or how tight the timeline is, he always turns it out and rocks it out…every single time. On top of that, Ben makes working in the lab an absolute breeze. He’s supportive, patient, and always willing to help, which creates a positive, smooth-running environment that the whole team benefits from.

When he’s not in the lab, you’ll find Ben and his wonderful partner Tina in the ring doing kicks and flips with , getting creative painting, or jamming out on his guitar.

He makes everything work better (and easier) around here. Thanks for being you, Ben!
