We provide full services in the fields of crown and bridge, implantology (fixed and removable), all ceramics..... Our team likes to work with anyone who likes to give their patients their smile back. We encourage continuous learning by providing continuing education for the individuals we are working with by conducting courses in our own facility, at times with real case scenarios and patients attending. Our dental laboratory provides support to the greater dental community through giving courses and lectures in the immediate surroundings, including the Dental Faculty of Dalhousie University, as well as outside of Canada. is a member of the Nova Scotia Dental Technicians Association. Fixed Upper Rehabilitation by Ben Mueller, RDT. This All-On-6 has a PMMA sleeve/shell with a supportive titanium ibar inside. This solution offers a very serviceable and cost effective option to patients with the foresight that if they ever want to upgrade to an all ceramic/zirconia version, they can easily do that using the existing titanium ibar. This was a fairly difficult implant crown due to the fact that matching of the old existing PFM crowns was required but using zirconia for the framework material.

When you treat the materials right, it’s amazing what you can tease out of them. I have been playing more again with Pasta Grigia from Anaxdent and just love how easy it polishes up composite and hybrid materials like Vita Enamic. For me it gives the right amount of gloss to the restorations without looking over-polished and like a marble. Give it a try on your next case.
