My husband broke his neck in a terrible accident and couldn’t work anymore.
I was working two jobs, seven days a week, and still falling behind.

There weren’t enough hours in the day—so I made a choice.

Ever had a fight with your partner over something totally random—like the
way they load the dishwasher or how they threw their dirty clothes on the
bathroom floor...again (🙃 )?

Here’s the thing…it’s never really about the dishwasher or the clothes on the
floor. It’s about the emotions tied to those scenarios—like feeling unheard,
unimportant, or disconnected.

That’s where Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) comes in. EFT helps couples
break out of those frustrating cycles by addressing the deeper emotions
driving their reactions. Instead of fighting each other, we work together to
fight the cycle, strengthening your connection and creating a relationship that
feels safe, secure, and supportive.
