Why are patients asked to arrive early for their appointment?

Arriving a few minutes early helps ensure your visit runs as smoothly as possible.

Before your imaging study, there may be important steps such as:

✔ Verifying your health card and patient information
✔ Reviewing your requisition
✔ Confirming preparation instructions
✔ Completing any required paperwork

These steps help ensure your study is completed accurately and your results are sent to the correct healthcare provider.

Arriving early also helps keep appointments running on time for all patients throughout the day 💙

Last night, we had the pleasure of welcoming members of the medical community to our Open House at Belle River Diagnostic Imaging.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for going above and beyond to help prepare for the evening and for taking the time to engage with those who attended. Your dedication and professionalism continue to make this clinic something special.

We would also like to thank MP Kathy Borrelli (Windsor-Tecumseh-Lakeshore) and Deputy Mayor Kirk Walstedt (Lakeshore) for stopping by and for the meaningful conversations about continuing to raise awareness of the services available within our community, the many challenges we face in healthcare, and providing advice or solutions in how to tackle these challenges.

We are proud to be part of the Belle River and Lakeshore Community, and the greater Windsor-Essex Community. We look forward to continuing to grow connections with local healthcare providers and community leaders 💙

Missing an appointment without notice affects more than one patient.

Every imaging appointment is carefully scheduled. When a patient does not attend:

❗ That appointment time is often lost
❗ Another patient waiting for care may not be seen sooner
❗ Delays can occur in diagnosis and treatment

At Belle River Diagnostic Imaging, we work hard to provide timely access to care for our community.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that time may be offered to another patient in need.

A simple phone call can make a meaningful difference in someone else’s care journey.

Taking care of your health starts with making time for yourself.

A mammogram appointment only takes a few minutes, but it can play an important role in early detection and peace of mind.

At Belle River Diagnostic Imaging, women between the ages of 40 and 74 are eligible to self-refer for a mammogram if they:

✔ Have never had breast cancer
✔ Are not experiencing breast symptoms

Our team is here to provide a supportive and professional experience every step of the way 💗
