There was a time when I overthought everything. Every decision felt heavy—what to say, what to do, even small choices like what to eat or whether to take that extra hour to rest. I felt stuck in this endless loop of “what ifs,” and honestly… it was exhausting.
Then one day, I caught myself pausing before a decision and asking a simple question:
“Will this feed my soul?”
It was almost too simple. But as I started really listening to that question, something shifted. Suddenly, my choices weren’t about stress, obligation, or fear—they were about what actually nourished me. It could be as small as taking a walk, saying no to something that didn’t feel right, or choosing to spend time with people who lifted me up.
Life didn’t get perfect overnight—but it got lighter. Decisions felt easier. My energy felt fuller. And most importantly, I started showing up for myself in ways I hadn’t before.
So today, I ask you: what are you going to do this month to feed your soul?
