A huge thank you to those who came out to join me today as I led the karma yoga practice and meditation at the Lodge in Lakeshore. 💗 The theme was removing the barriers within ourselves that block love - so we can love more freely and fully ❤️ Our yoga students were very generous in their donations to the Community Food Pantry Program at the Community Support Centre of Essex County. So thankful 🙏

Coming up … last call for a very special event! I am excited to be part of the Women’s Wellness Retreat - on the water of Lake Couchiching… the theme of Letting Go … it’s so essential to our wellness. Fri Oct. 13-15. We release through a variety of methods, Intuitive art, meditation, yoga, autocratic journalling, healing circle and more… all while surrounded by beautiful nature as the leaves release from the trees to allow for new growth to come in.

Come release what no longer serves you, do you have room to welcome in something wonderful of your choosing 💕
