Victoria has welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy, Kamille, who arrived safely at 11:57pm on Tuesday, April 21st.

Both mom and baby are doing well, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for them.

We know many of you have been thinking of her and asking for updates—thank you for your care and kindness.

Please join us in congratulating Victoria as she takes this special time to enjoy her babymoon and soak in these early moments with her little one.

The strength of a community shows up in moments like this.

A local hockey family is facing a difficult journey as their son undergoes cancer treatment in Toronto. To help support them, fundraiser t-shirts are being sold, with all proceeds going toward easing the financial strain.

Let’s rally around them and show what this community is all about.

We battle hard on the ice - but sometimes the toughest battles come off the ice.

Quinte West Golden Hawks player Scout, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. While Scout is ready to face this challenge with strength and determination we know the road ahead will come with some challenges - both emotionally and financially for his family.

Our hockey community has come together to support Scout in a meaningful way. T-shirts have been created, with all proceeds going directly to his family to help offset travel and related expenses during treatment.

We ask that you consider purchasing a shirt and showing your support. Every contribution big or small, makes a difference and reminds Scout and his family that they are not facing this battle alone.

Post-concussion headaches can be a long, frustrating part of recovery, where daily life often feels stalled.

As RMTs, we have an opportunity to support patients through this phase. By addressing muscle tension and nervous system regulation, massage therapy can help reduce the frequency and intensity of headaches, helping patients get back to the activities they love. 💆‍♀️

This week, we’re sending Victoria Johnson off as she begins her maternity leave and prepares to welcome her little one. It’s such a special time, and we are all so excited for her and her growing family as they patiently wait for baby to arrive.

Victoria is such an important part of our clinic, and while we will miss her greatly, this next chapter is one she so deserves. She is going to be an incredible mom—truly one of the most deserving—and we couldn’t be happier for her.

Victoria will be away for a while as she takes this time to focus on her family. We don’t have a set return date, and that’s exactly how it should be—this is time that you can’t get back, and we want her to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed.

We can’t wait to meet the newest addition and celebrate this exciting new chapter with her. Wishing Victoria and her family so much love in the days ahead 🤍

After many wonderful years with us, Susie Tanzola, RMT will be leaving Quinte Massage Therapy & Wellness at the end of March to begin a new chapter.

Susie has been a part of the QMT family for over 13 years, building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients along the way. Her care, dedication, and warmth have made a lasting impact on our clinic community, and she will truly be missed.
