Enhanced Service #3: Housing Opportunities & Support Systems 🏠

Through HART Hub funding, 22 supportive transitional housing units will provide safe, stable housing with access to essential medical and social supports, helping individuals move from homelessness toward permanent housing.

This investment strengthens support systems and builds a healthier, more inclusive community.
