That inner power and poise is reflected in your posture. Back and front body balanced, chest lifted, eyes soft but focussed.

Using the gravity machine sliding base the lateral leg slide out challenges stability strengthening inner/ outer thighs. Getting a nice pectoral stretch out as the back muscles squeeze towards to spine building her posterior. Core is stabilizing the entire body.
