Ang B has been a teacher at Mindful for years leading cycle and strength classes. 🏋️♀️🚴♀️
She will be leading a new class on the schedule Mondays at 6:15am beginning January

This is a full body functional strength class that trains the entire body through all planes of movement.
This approach builds strength that translates into real life movement- rotational power, grounded balance and body control from every angle- 360 degrees.
