Just a quick reminder!

There’s only 8 weeks left before the holiday break (I know, I know😅). What does this mean?

Well, it means that booking becomes a bit more stressful for the client but also for myself because availability is even more scarce.

This is a simple reminder that most massage therapists and massage therapy clinics book on average 3 to 5 weeks ahead. RMT’s are busy through the year regardless and the end of year becomes very busy with clients wanting to use benefits before they renew in the new year.

Please, please, please book ahead when you can to avoid scrambling for an appointment. If you would like to be added to the cancellation list, please ask or add yourself via the client portal I use.

Hi Everyone,

I've had the opportunity to return as the fundraising coordinator/director for Kawasaki Disease Canada and the Toronto Waterfront Marathon. The run is this October 19 & 20.

Our daughter was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease in April 2023. Primarily an illness that affects children under 10, it can cause long term heart complications such as heart failure, large coronary aneurysms and many more. It's imperative that children receive a specific treatment in time to avoid the damage to their heart. Poppy was fortunate that we were persistent with her symptoms and received treatment in Belleville and CHEO in Ottawa.

Steph and I will be running to raise awareness and research funding for Kawasaki Disease in Canada. We're doing this for all the kids that aren't as lucky as Poppy.
