Camille Turner is a celebrated multidisciplinary artist whose work blends Afrofuturism, history, and performance to uncover overlooked stories of Black Canadians. She won the 2022 Toronto Biennial of Art’s Artist Prize for her immersive work “Nave.” Art can help us process experiences, imagine new possibilities, and see ourselves in history and the future. ✨

Roger Mooking is an award winning chef, restaurateur, TV host, author, and creator of globally inspired culinary experiences. He’s hosted popular shows like Man Fire Food, Everyday Exotic, Breaking Bread with Roger Mooking, and Heat Seekers, published an award winning cookbook, and earned accolades including the Premier’s Award, Black BBQ Hall of Fame, SOCAN Classics Award, and a Juno Award for his work in music and food. Pursuing what excites us can spark confidence, resilience, and a sense of possibility in all areas of life. 🍴💥
Tonya Williams

Tonya Williams is an award winning actress best known for her long running role on The Young and the Restless. She founded the Reelworld Film Festival and Reelworld Screen Institute, creating platforms that amplify film and media from Black, Indigenous, and diverse creators across Canada. Her work has earned her honours including the Canadian Screen Awards Changemaker Award, induction into Canada’s Walk of Fame, and the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award. Sharing stories and lifting up others helps us connect, reflect, and feel empowered in our own lives. 🎬💙
