During World Autism Month, we are pleased to show our support for individuals living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their loved ones. We recognize that people with ASD experience unique challenges when it comes to accessing and receiving the care they need.

Through education and consultation to individuals and their families, Occupational Therapists at Lifemark can help people with ASD achieve optimum independence and well-being, considering their personal goals, interests and motivation. This exercise is good for all athletes, but especially runners as it works the same muscles used for running: hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, and calves. It also works your core muscles!
