Let’s begin the week with a simple moment of calm.

Pause for a moment.
Place one hand on your heart.
Take three slow, gentle breaths - breathe in for a count of 3, hold for 2 then exhale for a count of 4.

Inhale through your nose slowly… letting your breath fill your body.
Exhale through your mouth… releasing tension from your shoulders and mind.

Sometimes a few mindful breaths are all it takes to reset your energy and start the week with intention.
