What is Spiritual Psychotherapy?
Welcome! As a Spiritual Psychotherapist, my approach to therapy and counselling is based on the principle that we are Spiritual beings having a human experience. While other approaches to therapy sometimes pathologize mental health with diagnoses and looking for what’s wrong to “fix” people, a Spiritual approach works to find the whole person, looking at finding what’s always been there in a person and uncovering the parts that may have become hidden or cut off due to life experiences.
