Thinking especially of our beautiful Erin today.
A year has passed and we miss Erin so much π
We have continued to speak of Erin, feel her love, warmth, compassion and humour between all of us, whose lives were touched by hers. Reading the heartfelt messages you left last year is so precious - thank you for sharing in our collective loss.
We will always remember you, our gorgeous friend Erin and I will always be grateful our paths crossed.

It is with huge sadness that we announce the loss of one of the most caring, warm hearted, beautiful souls.
Erin passed away on Sunday 12th December and our condolences go to her husband Jim, two children Ella & Jenna and her extended family. Erin also had a big family of people she cared greatly about and who loved her in return at The Yoga Hub. Our hearts are broken at the passing of someone so young.
Rest In Peace dear Erin.
We love you and will miss you terribly.

We have formed a wide range very talented and caring teachers and we want to build a community of yogis. In the welcoming atmosphere of this beautiful space weβve created what we believe is the ultimate yoga studio!
CLASSES
We have a lovely range of yoga styles, with something to suit those of all preferences and abilities! Classes include: Beginners Yoga, Astanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha, Sivananda + Sound Healing, Pranayama and Meditation.
We have a fabulous collective of experienced and inspiring yoga teachers. Drawing on a wide range of backgrounds and methods, they all have a deep respect for the power of yoga. Dedicated to the practice, they are committed to sharing their knowledge with students of all levels.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops will be offered in a range of yoga styles and therapeutic approaches. We also look forward to inviting yoga teachers from our immediate community and from further afield to host workshops and bring the full spectrum of the teachings of yoga to life in our special space.
Workshops are the perfect environment in which to ask questions and explore postures and principles in more detail.

TREATMENTS
The Yoga Hub has a very spacious treatment room and we offer Thai Yoga Massage treatments, Reiki treatments and one-on-one, private yoga all designed to help you relax and re-align. Delivering the ultimate service, our team of therapists will re-balance your mind, soften stiff muscles, address injuries, keep you healthy and make your body smile again.
