Breathing well changes everything!

When you learn how to regulate the breath, you learn how to track your own physical, mental, and emotional responses to life.

Finding a good breathing coach can help you with your functional day to day breath awareness so you can improve your breathing, and finding a connected breathwork practitioner can help you dive into the mysterious realms of the secrets and stories held in our greater consciousness and our bodies.

✨ A historic moment — the very first North American cohort of this Seven Directions Breathwork training has officially completed, and I couldn’t be more proud of the students who’ve stepped into this journey. Their courage, depth, and dedication are truly inspiring. 💫

It’s also a milestone for me personally — my first time serving as Lead Mentor in this training. I’m deeply honoured to walk alongside such a powerful, heart-led team, and to support this work in a way that’s aligned with its core ethics and integrity. I hold this role with deep commitment — to the work, the ethics that ground it, and to the sacred responsibility of mentorship.

Divine Roots thank you for calling me into this role, for trusting me and allowing me to be your wing-sister on this flight. For this is simply another path of how we serve together. 🙏🏼🪽

Bear Heart Breathwork , thank you for saying yes to being my support mentor here and your assitance/presence during our in-person time together this weekend, as our connection only deepened. 🙏🏼💖

It’s a privilege to stand with these souls, to walk this path together, and to support the unfolding of something truly meaningful.

After stepping out of another deep ceremony of service together this weekend, I sit in reflection and gratitude for the dance we get to share in this life together. 🙏🏼

There was a time I didn’t fully understand how important these kinds of connections are. The kind that nourish your soul, stretch your heart, and remind you of who you truly are.

Working together with this radiant human, as medicine women, is a gift—but the real treasure is the sacred sisterhood we share. It’s a bond rooted in trust, love, and divine alignment. A connection that feels ancient, destined, and deeply healing. 💫

I adore all the parts of us—every bit of the weird, the deep, the playful, and the real. I trust her with my whole life. We love each other’s shadows just as much as the light, and there’s so much respect, truth, and laughter in what we are.

Here's to us, Divine Roots, May we continue this fluid dance of life together. It's an honour to be your sister, your colleague, your friend❣️🌹❤️💃🏻

As we land into the energy of the Spring Equinox that occurred this week, we are reminded that this is a time of balance & renewal. ⚖️🐣

As nature awakens and transitions into a new cycle, so too can we awaken and embrace the energy of renewal within ourselves. 🌱

Through the power of conscious connected breathing, we’ll harness the vitality of this season to release stagnant energy, clear the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit. 🫁🌬️

Together we will journey inward, tapping into the deep wellspring of our inner strength and resilience.
May we honour the equilibrium of day & night, light & dark, as we set intentions for growth, healing and abundance. ☀️🌑
