Now Hiring - Customer Experience Specialist!
We’re a busy, education-first supplement store looking for a friendly, confident Customer Experience Specialist who genuinely loves helping people. This role is all about making customers feel comfortable, supported, and excited to come back.
This is not a pushy sales job. It’s a people-focused role where personality, trust, and communication matter just as much as product knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🟢Creating a welcoming, upbeat experience for every customer who walks in
🟢Having real conversations about health goals and guiding customers toward the right products
🟢Educating customers in a clear, approachable way (we’ll train you — curiosity matters more than expertise)
🟢Building relationships with regulars and remembering faces, names, and goals
🟢Keeping the store running smoothly (inventory, merchandising, cleanliness, etc.)
🟢Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and consistency to every shift
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

☑️Have experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service
