Our sedentary occupations and lifestyles inhibit the stretching & lengthening of our muscles even jogging can shorten our tendons. Regular stretching in yoga class helps to lengthen muscles contributing to increased flexibility!

The Ox presents: "No More Money Issues" Workshop. April 24, 2010 8:30am - 12:30pm.

Money Coach, Richard Mansfield, author and independent financial and lifestyle consultant, will show you:
How your mental and physical health and lifestyle choices determine your financial path
How best to earn and keep money
How your time, and other resources are as valuable as money
How your savings might wither or grow in today's climate
All participants of this morning workshop will also receive a copy of Richard's book "Naturally Wealthy" as part of the registration package.
Richard
will be available for further one-on-one sessions with interested
participants to help move them along from their present money
experience to a more satisfying one!
