Reverend Sheila Black is an ordained Spiritualist Minister-medium and healer My mother passed away in 2009 and I was missing her terribly.

I have been spiritual my entire adult life and knew from deep within my being that there was a lot more to life than what we experience here on the earth plane. After my father passed on to spirit in 2001, I have had some wonderful experiences with him. He would show signs for me to know that he was with me from the other side (and he continues to be one of my strongest helpers and supporters from the spirit world). I would meditate in my bath and I eventually started to see images in bathroom mirror (scrying) of friends loved ones that have passed on. I would deliver these messages to my friends and they all provided validation that what I was telling them was true and meaningful. When in my bathroom I looked in my mirror and saw my mom’s reflection looking back at me as well as felt her hand on my shoulder. I had such tears of joy knowing that I could still continue to connect with her. That was a pivotal point in my life, a time when I knew that I had found my life purpose. I wanted to develop my medium ship abilities so that I could provide the same healing to others as what I experienced that day. I remember shortly after that experience, I went to a Spiritualist Church for the first time. I felt like I was HOME. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and shared similar thoughts and ideals on Spiritualism. I was so intrigued that I decided to study with the Spiritualist Church of Canada (SCC)-http://www.spiritualistchurchofcanada.com/ and became a registered medium, a certified healer and a Speaker within two years. In three more years of study I was ordained as a Spiritualist Minister with the SCC. I also concurrently went to the Fellowships of the Spirit (FOTS) to take their two year program and was ordained as Minister there in Lilydale New York. The practical theory of the SCC worked very well with the hands on learning with many well known and top notch healers and mediums at FOTS. I continue to Serve Spirit at the SCC churches by providing Healing, Talks on Spiritualism as well as Mediumship (uplifting messages from family and friends in spirit) to the congregation. I am also a Past Director on the Board with the SCC to help educate and grow Spiritualism in Canada. I am a founding Director Pastor for The Healing Spirit Congregation in Norval ON. I also volunteer as a Spiritual Healer at the Healing Temple in Lily Dale as well as represent the SCC at Canadian Weekends. http://www.lilydaleassembly.com/

I started hosting a home developmental circle in 2012 where it continues to give me great joy to see new students learn and develop their own intuition and mediumship. I do believe we all have the ability; we just need the desire to develop it. It is not unlike playing a piano. Some find it easier than others but with practice you can play. I have worked as a manager in my corporate world for 30 years which provided me experience in training and developed my leadership skills. I also teach workshops at both an introductory and more advanced level of mediumship development. I love to officiate Weddings and to be a part of such a special day for the couple. As a Spiritualist Minister I feel I can offer non traditional, memorable and affordable services to my clients. I do plan on continuing to learn and develop Spiritually and trust that Spirit will lead me to where I need to be for my highest and best for the rest of my time here on the earth plane. Sharing my sisters funeral arrangements. I am extremely sad and will miss her in the Physical form very much. May your transition to spirit be gentle and may you be welcomed by Mom and Dad and all of our family and friends and pets and all the angels will take you home. I love you my sweet sister, forever. Until we meet again 💔
