✨ Team Feature: Meet Dr. Aly Morris, Chiropractor ✨

We’re excited to officially introduce Dr. Aly Morris, one of the newest members of the BIHC team!

Born and raised in the Quinte area, Dr. Aly grew up immersed in competitive sports, which sparked her deep appreciation for movement, performance, and musculoskeletal health. Her passion for helping others move and feel their best led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Biomedical Science at Liberty University, where she also played varsity hockey.

Inspired by the chiropractors who supported her throughout her athletic journey, Dr. Aly went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Dr. Aly is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, combining manual therapy, education, and rehabilitation to create personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their individual health and movement goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with family and friends, travelling, or staying active through hockey and soccer.

We’re thrilled to highlight Matthew Dings — Registered Kinesiologist & Clinic Co-Owner — available to support your movement, recovery, and performance goals!

Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Western University (2014) and has been registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario since 2016. His training focused on athletic injuries, biomechanics, and exercise nutrition, equipping him with a deep understanding of human movement.
