We are sad to announce that we will be winding down operations at our Belleville location and permanently closing it down by May 31. We are actively looking for a potential buyer for the wall, anyone interested can email malek@boilerroom.ca
Thank you to the staff, and everyone who visited our gym for the past 6 years. This is not an easy decision to make, but a necessary one for us.
Our Kingston location will continue operating normally.

✨ Team Feature: Meet Dr. Aly Morris, Chiropractor ✨

We’re excited to officially introduce Dr. Aly Morris, one of the newest members of the BIHC team!

Born and raised in the Quinte area, Dr. Aly grew up immersed in competitive sports, which sparked her deep appreciation for movement, performance, and musculoskeletal health. Her passion for helping others move and feel their best led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Biomedical Science at Liberty University, where she also played varsity hockey.

Inspired by the chiropractors who supported her throughout her athletic journey, Dr. Aly went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.

Dr. Aly is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, combining manual therapy, education, and rehabilitation to create personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their individual health and movement goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with family and friends, travelling, or staying active through hockey and soccer.
