Since the dawn of time we have told stories...
we used them to remember.
to pass on vital information.
To control.
To manipulate.
We have told some stories so many times that we don't even know what's real and what is not.
I am curious tho 🤔 how many stories were written by "the good guy, who won?"
I thought good guys finish last...
If we give it enough time the truth eventually surfaces.
A story without reason is a lie.
A story with omissions is a lie.
Some stories are just fiction and all stories are understood by each individual based on their perspective and bias.
Do you defend against a story that is a lie or do you let it play out long enough that the omissions are exposed and the pattern is then character?
What would you do?
In a world that rushes everything and everyone is always so busy... patience is a virtue ✌🏼
Be the bigger person,
take up space,
stand in your truth,
when someone tries to push you to the point where you react; watch because the bigger person may not react but they sure as hell notice patterns 🤟🏻

Competition ends when we learn to love ourselves
This isn't selfish this is how we end competition and how we become unstoppable!
Think of how long we have chased and idolized🤔
Here are some things I have found to be true
✔️when we stop beating ourselves up we feel better
✔️turns out the dream was to keep you chasing
✔️you only need to better than yourself 🛑 comparing yourself
✔️tunes out you don't have to do the most to be great, just be consistent
✔️people will think what they want so think for yourself
✔️when we stop avoidance we find clarity
Clarity and perspective allows us to fill up our cup knowing we can only give from the overflow for a sustainable amount of time.
Turns out being kind is the biggest flex 🤟🏻

You are the Miracle is the result of a dream I had as a little girl to help change the world. Yeah its a lofty idea I know but I believe that the things we focus on and beliefs we make help to shape our reality, our life, and in result the world that we live in. We can do anything that we desire if we are willing to put in the work but first we must believe in ourselves.
I found yoga as a hairstylist trying to cope with postural issues and back pain and I almost instantly fell in love. Yes, there may be a time you hate it, that you doubt yourself, but trust me this will pass and you will feel better in your body as a result. Yoga postures help your body to move and release tension and sometimes that doesn't feel great, not painful but you do have to stay with it, chances are you didn't getting feeling this way over night. Then as I developed my practice; the mindset and healing practices of breath began to bring it all together and I was hooked.
Since my yoga teacher training in 2011 I have gone on to practice Reiki, Thai Therapy Massage and spent countless hours learning more about the body, its subtle energies and personal growth to understand how our perspective can change our reality.
