Also available on my website..Download and complete your health history and bring it to your first appointment to save time. Appointment times include assessments/re-assessments. *Fees paid same day of service.*

Cancellation policy: 24 hour notice for change/cancellation of appointment is required or 50% of scheduled appointment fee may apply. A "No show" without cause may be billed at full appointment price. Hourly rates plus travel and or material apply to ancillary services.

Tis’ the season. In addition to these helpful tips: Allow yourself enough time, so you are not rushed, yes, this means getting up earlier (I do it!). But hurrying will definitely predispose you for injuries. If you feel faint or have unusual pain/discomfort, listen to your body! STOP, and seek assistance and/or medical assessment.
