A young woman in my life had just found out she was pregnant. I began to tell her about the Centre. Her first question:
“What if I’m not sure what I want?”

That’s okay.

Many people come to us simply because they have questions or need a place to talk.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

A big thank you to Seth Nagendran, owner and operator of Domino’s in Belleville, for his generous support of our Centre through the pizza fundraiser on March 25th! 🍕

Because of his partnership, and the incredible support of our community, we were able to raise $350 to help continue providing care and resources to individuals and families in our area.

To everyone who ordered pizza, shared the event, or helped spread the word, Thank you. Your support truly makes a difference. 💙

Think you may be pregnant? We are here to help!

So, you’re worried that you might be pregnant. Facing an unplanned pregnancy can be overwhelming. You do not have to do this alone.

If the test comes back positive, you do have options. The thing is, any option you choose will change your life. It’s not going to be easy, but you are not alone.

People in your life are going to have opinions about what you should do. You can listen to them, but you don’t have to. Some of them might be supportive of what you choose, but some of them won’t. This is normal. It doesn’t mean that they don’t care about you.

We believe that you need to make the best choice you can based on what you know. We can provide non-judgmental support while you take your time to figure this out. We will provide you with up-to-date information so that you can weigh your own options. We’re here for you no matter what you decide.

Due to an unexpected heating issue in our building, the Centre will be closed today. The space has become too cold to safely welcome clients — especially our pregnant clients — and we want to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being.

We were also closed yesterday due to weather, and at this time we’ll be monitoring conditions daily to determine when we can safely reopen. We’ll share updates here as soon as possible.
